Information we collect
Name, email address, phone number, and business details provided via contact, wholesale, and roaster enquiry forms. Order data collected through Shopify at checkout. Browsing data collected via analytics (Google Analytics 4).
How we use your information
To respond to enquiries, process orders, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping), and where consented, to send marketing communications about new products and promotions.
Data storage and security
Customer data is stored securely via Shopify's infrastructure. Contact form data is transmitted via Resend and retained in email. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and, where consented, Meta Pixel for advertising attribution. You may opt out of non-essential cookies via the cookie consent banner.
Access and correction
