Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are currently being drafted and will be published prior to launch. They will govern the use of www.thejoe.com.au and the purchase of products from Joe Does Pty Ltd (ABN 42 688 839 474).

Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing from www.thejoe.com.au, you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
All orders are processed through Shopify Payments. Prices are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock unavailability or pricing errors.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within Australia only. Delivery times vary by location. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Contact tasman@thejoe.com.au with your order number to initiate a return. Perishable or opened products cannot be returned.
Wholesale and roaster terms
Separate terms apply to wholesale accounts and roaster manufacturing partnerships. These are provided as part of the onboarding process.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Joe Does Pty Ltd limits its liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
